👉Five people, including two teenagers and three adults, were attacked by two pit bulls in Meadowlark Park, West Edmonton, on Thursday afternoon. The attacks occurred around 3:15 p.m. when the dogs, reportedly loose in the area, bit the victims. According to eyewitness Lorena Barkwell, the dogs chased two youths into a truck and then attacked another couple crossing the street. All victims, except one adult, were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The dogs were seized by City of Edmonton bylaw officials following the incident.✅ . 👉An 11-year-old boy tragically lost his life in a dog attack at a south Edmonton home. The house had been visited twice this year by Animal Control officers due to previous attack complaints. Although one case is still under investigation, no charges were filed in the other. The Edmonton Police responded to the incident where the boy was found severely injured by two large dogs.
